The PSU Lingayen Campus Team composed of the Campus Executive Secretary, IT Department Chair, and the Coordinators for HRMDO, Student Services, and Planning finished the first phase of their training on Designing Citizen-Centered Public Service (DCCPS) sponsored by the Development Academy of the Philippines.
The five-day session held at DAP Conference Center in Tagaytay City, Cavite focused on discovering, defining, designing and delivering citizen-centered services with emphasis on lean management and service delivery principles.
The PSU-LC Team was selected together with other SUCs such as SLSU and ASCOT, and other national government agencies such as PRC, PSA, Philippine Air Force, NAMRIA, PPA, and NCMF for the training program.
