In support with the vision of Dr. Dexter R. Buted which is to provide stakeholders with a conducive environment suitable for learning and working, Pangasinan State University-Lingayen Campus held its annual Brigada Unibersidad last February 28, 2022 as part of the preparations for the opening of the university’s new semester for academic year 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮.
It can be recalled that the said project was launched last June 2015 in preparation of the opening of classes for School Year 2015-2016 as an offshoot of the Brigada Eskwela of the Department of Education. University officials, faculty members, non-teaching personnel, students, alumni, and other participants from partner agencies gathered together to clean campus premises, paint buildings, repair classroom fixtures and office furniture, and beautify spaces.
Said event was participated by faculty members and students from different student organizations and was spearheaded by the Campus Executive Director, Dr. Randy Joy M. Ventayen.
