The College of Teacher Education conducted the 2 Extension Projects namely: Project START First held last June 27, 2022 and Project Write-By-Four held last June 28-30, 2022. Webinar and workshops were held at Purok Marcela Resort. Baywalk, Lingayen, Pangasinan. A field work was also schedule on June 30 at Tandoc, National High School, Agdao National High School at San Carlos City Division and Juan G. Macaraeg National High School at Binalonan, Pangasinan, Pangasinan II division.
Dr. Jun S. Camara, the Dean of College of Teacher Education, likewise the proponent of the said 2 BOR approved Extension Projects, presented the Format also the App and discuss each part of the project START (See, Think, Aim, Refine, and Tell) Approach to easily generate research titles.
Moreover, the Scopus Indexed research articles published by the faculty members of CTE which are searchable at Google Scholar are presented to the attendees of the activities. After which, he discussed the importance of the 4AA Research Model and the designated work of 4 members or researchers. The first author does the data collection and creates the survey questionnaire. The second author prepares the table and figures and writes a paragraph based on the table. The third author is good at creating implications. Lastly, the 4th or senior author does the checking of the whole paper before publication.
The recipients of the said activities are the public school teachers in Pangasinan. They were taught to easily generate Research Titles using the START Approach and they will also be trained to write Research Articles following the IMRAD format with the CTE faculty experts as trainers.
