The job fair attracted a diverse range of companies and organizations, spanning various industries and sectors. Representatives from local businesses, multinational corporations, and government agencies were on hand to engage with students, conduct interviews, and offer insights into available job openings and career paths. Participating companies included OptionPlus Services and Trading, Inc., Starman Enterprises, Inc., Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc., Magnapeak Services Corp., Panaderia Antonio Food Corp., Polaris Learning and Assessment Center, Inc., and Staff Search Asia Cooperative.
The highlight of the job fair was the networking opportunities it presented. The presence of diverse employers allowed students to explore a wide array of career options and find opportunities aligned with their academic backgrounds and interests. This one-on-one support helped students refine their job application materials and increase their chances of securing interviews.
The event was well-received by both students and employers, with positive feedback highlighting the effectiveness of the job fair in bridging the gap between academic preparation and professional employment. PSU Lingayen’s commitment to supporting its students’ transition from education to the workforce was evident in the event’s organization and execution.
