On July 8, 2024, Pangasinan State University, Lingayen Campus (PSU-LC) held its annual Gawad Parangal campus evaluation at the De Venecia Information Technology Center (DVITC), led by Dr. Rhegina F. Tubera, Dean of Students and Alumni Affairs, recognizing outstanding students for their exceptional achievements in academics, leadership, and community engagement. This year’s event saw a diverse group of nominees vying for the prestigious award, showcasing the breadth of talent and dedication fostered within the PSU Lingayen community.
The nominees of PSU Lingayen Campus for the 2024 Gawad Parangal were:
– Jericho Lontoc, a BSED student majoring in Social Studies, known for his academic excellence and active involvement in student organizations.
– Von Erick Bernal, a BSED student majoring in Science, recognized for his research contributions and commitment to promoting scientific literacy.
– John Paul De Guzman, a BS Biology student, lauded for his research endeavors and passion for environmental conservation.
– Romel Angeles, a Computer Science student, celebrated for his innovative projects and contributions to the field of technology.
