The Pangasinan State University – Lingayen Campus (PSU-LC) marked the successful completion of a productive quarter with a vibrant General Assembly and Campus Year-End Party. Held on December 10, 2025, brought together all campus personnel, including faculty and non-teaching employees, for a meaningful gathering of camaraderie, celebration, and reflection on the progress made.

The proceedings were headed by Dr. Marie Claire Briones, the Campus Executive Director. Dr. Briones delivered a comprehensive presentation highlighting the accomplishments and milestones achieved during the last quarter.

In her address, Dr. Briones expressed profound gratitude for the dedication of the entire campus community, stating, “𝘖𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘲𝘶𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘴 𝘢 𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬, 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘶𝘯𝘸𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘺’𝘴 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯. The celebration was made even livelier with exciting performances from the different Colleges and non-teaching personnel, showcasing the varied talents of the PSU-LC community. Adding to the excitement was a thrilling Raffle Draw with lots of prizes generously sponsored by the PSU Faculty Association, led by the Faculty Regent, Dr. Ace John Mark Liwanag and Dr. Marie Claire Briones. Attendees also enjoyed a fun-filled BINGO game.

The much-anticipated Year-End Party, a highlight of the assembly, was a successful joint effort coordinated by the different employee sectors. The PSU-LC Faculty Club, led by its Club President, Dr. Rinovic Repollo, worked alongside the Non-Teaching Employees Association (NTEA), led by Mr. Michael Arquillano, to orchestrate the affair. The party served as a fitting tribute and heartfelt expression of appreciation for the relentless hard work, long hours, and commitment shown by both the teaching and non-teaching personnel throughout the demanding months, reinforcing the strong sense of community and fellowship that defines the PSU-LC campus environment.

This served as a tangible reflection of the campus’ commitment to SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, fostering strong internal partnerships, promoting transparency through the General Assembly’s reporting, and emphasizing unity among all personnel, PSU-LC demonstrates its dedication to creating an inclusive, effective, and accountable academic environment that is essential for sustainable development.
